Relating with Money – Week 2 of Financial Peace University

We finished our second week of Financial Peace University by Dave Ramsey and I have to admit, my wife and I are pretty excited about the content. Dave really adds his own brand of humor to it and puts it in terms any layperson could understand. This week he talked about relating with money and the differences with how “Nerds” and “Free Spirits” look at money. My wife and I found out that we are both somewhat nerds, but also somewhat free spirits about finances.

We also received some excellent tips on relating with money with our daughter and future children. He gave us some practical tips to help younger kids learn good money management and work ethic. My wife and I are both excited to put some of the lessons learned into practice!

Humorously enough, we are encouraged to save all our credit card offers so we can tally up the total debt they are offering us…
