About Me

Hey guys, my name is Nathan Blazek. I am a professional full-time Web/Java Developer for “The Buckle” (www.buckle.com). In my spare time, I love to write on this blog and share my life with you. I will not post about my daily life, but rather about things that you might find beneficial to you! I will post on biblical topics, as well as tips and tricks as it pertains to web design and development. I cannot blog about web development if I don’t focus my energy and love toward Christ first, hence the reason for the multi-topic blog.

I live in Kearney, Nebraska and am happily married to my wife Megan since June of 2006. We have a beautiful daughter who was born in March of 2009. I enjoy working outside when I can, focusing my efforts on landscaping and maintaining our property. Its not unusual to see me outside all day on a Saturday. I also enjoy running. I love the feeling of completing a great run!

What we believe

We believe that Jesus Christ, the son of God, died on the cross for our sins. We believe that he was resurrected three days later, defeating death, then ascended into heaven to be with his father.  We believe that through his death, our sins are forgiven and Christ’s righteousness was laid onto those that believe and have faith in Christ. Without him, we deserve death, but through him was are heirs to the kingdom of God!
